Solomon’s Temple was one of the wonders of Ancient Jerusalem, the capital of Israel. It was one hundred and twenty cubits tall, and it was five hundred cubits squared in perimeter. Also, the temple was laid out in an east to west format. During the building of the temple, no hammer or chisel was used, but others were for different purposes. Construction took seven years, being built by Phoenician workers, who were skilled at building. The Temple had three stories of different sections and rooms.
