Next, there are many effects of having Mexican cuisine restaurants mainly the effects of business and customer’s personal experiences in these restaurants. Therefore, in Karen Eisenberg’s magazine article “A Hunger for burritos” her focus is primarily on two brothers who opened a Californian Mexican cuisine restaurant in Washington D.C. Correspondingly, in 1997 the business was worth a recorded $5 million and they also benefited by giving many employees a minimum wage increase and helping them with their insurance (Eisenberg). Comparatively, the only way a business can become successful is by having customers coming and enjoying the Mexican cuisine that is being made for customers. Thus, Jon Haggins wrote a news article on the New York Amsterdam
