Before coming to ACPHS, I was heavily involved in my high school and my community. Although I was able to balance an International Baccalaureate Program and extra-curriculars, I still wasn’t the leader I wanted to be. In fact, I would always stay in the background until I would have someone give me that push to do something. That self-imposed restriction continued to my first semester at ACPHS.
Moving into college, I wanted to become more of a risk taker. I wanted to be able to balance school and take initiative to become a leader on campus.
