In chapter 8, Meat and Potatoes, Yoast talks about how his views have changed. I personally believe Yoast is the most caring person ever. “I was always the happiest when I was helping someone else” pg.129. In this world today there is not that much people who like helping people succeed, and be happy for them. Yoast was completely different he loved seeing people succeed I guess that’s why he was a coach. Yoast also, talks about his action plan; get prepared, embrace risk, dare to be different, stay nimble, play by the rules, confront injustice, and be kind.
