6). A job description is a script that has a job and shows what skills you have to have for that job and a person specification is a script that shows the persons skills and education in order to get the right job for his or hers skills.

Recruiting is just a person that finds another employee from another business that’s fits the right selection for what they are looking for and they go and offer that person a job maybe with higher pay or better benefits so they come join your business. Businesses also need to make their businesses attractive to these employees too. There are 3 things you have to do to attract people to that job, there is: establishing a good work environment so they want to work for you, drawing up a person specification, and making a job advertisement reflecting the requirements for the job.
