That means always concerning yourself with the guest's perception of what's going on...what kind of service are they getting? Is it the best they've ever had and the best we know we can give? If you cannot honestly answer yes to both of those questions and you are not immediately hustling to achieve those goals, then you are not living up to what a Hooters Manager must do, and your longevity in that position will be limited....
