Dear Mr. Crone:

NON-DELIVERY OF ORDER TS6813: FIFTY CAES OF SCHWEPPES SOFT DRINK

On November 10, 2002 my company placed an emailed order with you for fifty (50) Shweppes Soft Drink, specifying forty (40) 2L cases and ten (10) 5L cases. The email included details of required delivery dates arising from the approaching Christmas season in order to cater to our loyal, repeating-purchasing customers.

Your email reply confirmed our order and indicated that there would be no problems in meeting the specified delivery dates. Additionally the email also stated that the sizes of the ordered soft drinks were available to the request of our customers. I also phoned the company at the beginning of the week and I was assured that the supplies would be delivered, consequently this did not happen.

I am therefore extremely concerned that the commitments which B.F. Ltd has given to valued customers can not be met because of your company’s failure to deliver the fifty (50) Schweppes Soft Drinks as guaranteed.

Currently the sales staffs of my company are under intense pressure from customers who are involved, who are now threatening to withdraw their order worth a total of $100,500. As a result my company simply cannot afford to risk not doing business with such valuable customers, therefore am asking you to intervene personally in this situation so as to ensure a satisfactory outcome for our customers. If not I will be forced to cancel my order and locate other source to satisfy my customers. I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest opportunity.

Starting in June or July of this year, I began to experience a lost of signal on my mobile device, the My Touch Slide 3G. I was on a phone call and the call dropped. When that call dropped, I never received another signal and the phone would display “emergency calls only” followed by “searching” signal. I tried various troubleshooting options and even waited a few days to see if the coverage would recover before I ended up calling T-Mobile customer care. When I called customer care, the representative proceeded to have me perform all the routine troubleshooting options before they decided to send me another My Touch Slide 3G because they could not figure out why the device would not recover a signal. Needless to say, I received the replacement My Touch Slide 3G and the phone worked for a few weeks and then I began to experience the same exact issue. Overall, I was sent a total of 3 different My Touch Slide 3G’s and they all would eventually lose signal permanently. After the 3rd replacement lost signal, I called customer care and they then decided that it is not the phone but that it is the SIM card I was using.
