Collaborative and cooperative interactions can occur within virtual teams and groups based on how information is exchanged and requiring group members to formulate opinions and facilitate goals to accomplish. The utilization of a variety of CMC tools also helped our group establish a more collaborative and cooperative approach towards developing content and creativity, distributing tasks, creating a more cohesive online work environment. ...The very basic difference between face to face communication and computer-mediated communication would be that the former is a very direct form of communication and helps build a relationship and this sort of communication is very important when the premise of the communication is equally important and requires a personal touch.
