Rapport was established and adequately maintained during the session. His grooming was adequate and he was cooperative during the session. He made good eye contact and his affect was normal. No S/H ideations. He mentioned that he was having a good day. Dameon noted that his conversation with his mother was really beneficial. He stated that they talked about life and making good decisions. He also mentioned that his dad encouraged him to strength his relationship with his mother. Dameon stated that he wants to work on his behavior at school. He is scheduled to return to school tomorrow. He stated that he will avoid negative people and refrain from entertaining mess. He mentioned that he plans to work on improving his grades. He was reluctant to role-play how he would ask his teachers for make-up work. However, he assured the MHP that he would practice on it before he got in the bed. Dameon acknowledged that his anger is a concern and must be addressed. He mentioned that he started back taking his medicine. Dameon acknowledged that he does not always follow the rules at school. He agreed to use the anger management strategies. He stated that he acts out when he does not take his medicine. His mother stated that she will make sure he takes his medicine as prescribed.
