Orson Scott Card’s science fiction novel, Ender’s Game, demonstrates the different techniques of leaders. Valentine and Peter, Ender’s siblings, all showed promise for the dire need of a commander, a leader, but rejected from the program. Ender’s birth was an attempt to find someone that possessed qualities from both, in between too much compassion and too much aggression.
