In this study, consumers were divided into several demographics (age, gender, occupation) and individual preferences for various mobile phone attributes were compared. Consumers showed significant demographical difference in their preferences over the combination of mobile phones attributes. The various combination of mobile phone attributes were grouped together. Subjects were asked to rank the 22 product profiles (Pair1 to Pair22) from the most to the least preferred. The variables Pref1 through Pref7 contain the IDs of the associated product profiles, that is, the card IDs. Subject 1, for example, liked pair13 most of all, so PREF1 has the value 13. The often anti-Catholic agenda of the philosophes and the libertine novel had been counterbalanced by writers such as Rousseau and Bernardin de Saint-Pierre, who sought to reveal God through the wonders of the natural world. But it was Chateaubriand’s Atala (1801) that inaugurated the new genre of the Catholic novel as a riposte to the dechristianization associated with the Revolution. ...Abstract: This study was conducted over an 8- week period with 20 first graders in an urban school setting. Students simply wrote on self-selected topics without drawing. During the first week students were limited to writing in a 30 minute time frame. Two weeks later students were timed for 30 minutes again and they were asked to draw and then write. Results showed that when students draw and then write their stories, their writing performance increased. Changes to their writing center occurred during this 8-week period. Hence, their feelings toward writing also increased at the end of this study as measured with a survey and informal observations. In the beginning, the diamond trade took place mostly in India and Brazil. With the discovery of diamonds in South Africa, the trade simultaneously took off and became much less profitable. Up until the mid-1800s, diamonds were a rarity and could be seen only on the hand of a monarch. But the diamond rush that began in South Africa in the second half of the 19th century flooded the market with diamonds, killing demand.
