...This has been a very enlightening experience for me. When I first began taking Ms. Moore out into the community I noticed how much she enjoyed it. On our first trip to the Mall, found us looking at different things from clothing to jewelry and finally to the food court. Ms. Moore is a Senior citizen and luckily for us on this particular day at the Mall they observed it as Senior Citizen day, where all citizens can get a percentage of whatever they are shopping for that day. Ms. Moore had very limited funds, so window shopping was good because it lets her know the prices so that the next time she is planning to go shopping to save her money. After the mall we went to the duck pond to feed the ducks. I monitored Ms. Moore to assure she didn’t get to close to the water. After feeding the ducks we sat down to rest awhile, Ms. Moore seemed to be deep in thought and I asked if she was okay to which she replied yes. During my second visit with Ms. Moore I escorted her to Meals on Wheels where she delivers meals to other seniors. Observing Ms. Moore as she handed the meals to the seniors her conversation was limited and she spoke only briefly with them and then she just handed them their food and we proceeded to the next home. After finishing meals on wheels I escorted Ms. Moore back to the day program, where the class was in a discussion on current events. Observing Ms. Moore at a distance I noticed she didn’t have anything to add to the conversation. Ms. Moore just seemed to look...

...Recently, within the past year, I was faced with a moral and ethical dilemma, which forced me to choose between honesty and loyalty (punc.) and the result of that choice will hopefully guide me in future decisions.(Good opening sentence) At the time of the incident I was working as a pharmacy technician in ________. The dilemma I was faced with involved a fellow technician who was hired at the same time as me and the two of us had become close friends during the course of our employment. Now this friend of mine was obsessed with bodybuilding to the extent that he was willing to steal intravenous steroids from the pharmacy. As a friend I tried to warn and convince him to stop stealing but because he was consistently successful in doing so, he ignored my advice.[F3] When the Pharmacy Manager was beginning (verb form: “…Pharmacy Manager began to…”) to get suspicious due to loss in inventory, he took his crime to another level,(punc.: ;) he began changing the stock quantity by using one of the pharmacists’ login and password. At this point, I was becoming more and more adamant in my warnings and was even requesting shift changes just so I would not be witness to his actions. If he would ask me why I was changing shifts (punc.: ,) I would lie and say it was due to school. So not only was I withholding the truth from my employer I was also falsifying it to my friend. After a month the manager was sure that one of the employees was stealing from the company and was almost positive it...

...My experiences in the English language In the 3th grade I started having English classes. Back then I did not know how English would be such a big part of my life as it is today. I think that especially my generation use English on an everyday basis and as a way of a natural communication. One of the reasons why we speak, read, talk and write so much English is because of the social media. For the common youth of 2015 social media is a fundamental routine and habit of our everyday lives. We use social media to connect with people all over the world, in the English language. I also use my English to read articles, reviews, blogs, and watch YouTube videos. I really enjoy to watch movies as well, and sometimes it is not possible to get Danish subtitles, on some English talking movies. It is not only on the media I use the English language. I have read a lot of books on English too. Personally I think that in many cases the language in books are better, and more interesting, when it’s written in the author’s own language, and with his or hers own words. Some books don’t even get translated to Danish, and then it’s practical being able to read English. I have read books like the perks of being a wallflower, Shovel ready, IT, Lolita. Good English skills are also very convenient when you are in foreign countries. Most countries, especially the youth, are very...

...We often hear that it’s not unusual to be confused when you’re old. It’s true that we can expect many changes as part of normal aging. But a sudden change in cognitive function or the way we think and process information is not one of them ( 2016, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs). When the confusion comes on suddenly, or the older adult becomes difficult to arouse, this could be a condition called delirium ( 2016, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs). Delirium is an acute disorder of attention and cognitive in the elderly mostly those age 65 years or older (2013, Dr Meng-Chuan Lai, PhD). Contributing factors that can be traced to the causes of Delirium are chronic medical illness, changes in metabolic balance, medications, infection,...

...learning from books and not from observing the world because its more knowledge is what makes the person good. Over the years different educators and instructors came with various ideal educational systems that could engage and motivate students to learn not just in school but in life; the ideal eduaction system that is believed to be the best for the students is the system that has communication, hands-on experience, allowing the students to become critical thinkers and problem solvers, and facing their fears and learning from them. Philosophers like Freire believe the education system should be free from passive reading, instead it should be about hands-on experience, having classes that appear like our everyday surroundings because experince makes the students grow mentally, also Pragmatist like Dewey believe about the connection between the students and the world they live in, by giving students problems that have more application to life outside of classroom. The community can enrich the students with different background experiences and skills that could help in the future. According to Dewey, he believes students should be given real-life problems and allowing them to find solution for themselves and what works best for them, using the environment and the materials around them to make something creative, something different, from the rest, that will help them indivialally, to solve the problems they could face in the future. According to Dewey: “Give the pupils something...

...by an attacker that take the advantage of vulnerable system locally or remotely.for the locaol exploit it needs proir access to the system and it increases and grants system permissions according to the attacker.for remote exploit it does not need any prior access and it will exploit the security of the particular system[5].in the past decade exploit code was the prime evidence of an attack for the security analysts'. Because the attackers who have a less experince or inexperienced use the code with several loop holes. By analysing the code we can understand the technical skill and capabilities of an attacker. in past the exploit codes are developed for finding the errors and bugs in the system or software. Proof of concept is an example for a simple exploit code. The code actually developed for to find the vulnerabilities of the particular system or software and what are loop holes that an attacker can access the system or software. but in the attackers view they develope each code with their vast knowledge and experince for to attack a system and change their system to fullfill their intension instead testing the vulnerabilities of the system. from the functional view an exploit code mainly have three components : 1 :Attack vector 2:Exploitation Technique 3:Exploitation Payload ATTACK VECTOR attack vector is a path that helps the attacker to get the access to the vulnerable system.the attacker vector can be attach with a software ,an email, or a pop up etc.[6]or it...

...A search engine works by allowing users to input and submit data online and in return, the user receives related search results. It generates revenues between advertising on its websites and selling its technology to other sites (Web search engine). The capability to take the search engine’s technology and business model away from its home country to other locations for business purposes is the exportability of a search engine’s technology and business model (History of Search Engines: From 1945 to Google Today). This process involves satisfactory preparation which includes gathering of information that will be relevant to the local culture of the new location, review of Governments laws and restrictions that may apply, and language translation for the host country if it is different from the home country's language (History of Search Engines: From 1945 to Google Today) . Google was viewed by many countries as a threat because they believed Google was threatening their cultural values and norms leading to Google running into many issues in trying to expand itself internationally. Many people felt that by allowing Google to have free reign in their countries it would have allowed them to impose the Anglo-Saxon outlook in a variety of different topics, like history, pop-culture, and even fashion. Many European and Asian countries opposed Google a few different ways to ensure that their culture was not diluted by American society. The most popular has been the creation...

...Consumerism has taken a major part of our culture. Consumerism is having more than what you need. It has an effect on consumers and producers by the way society reacts to all the products done. If the people like a pair of shoes and they’re in style that means that on the producer side they will be making money, but also make more of those shoes. As in the consumer’s side, they would be spending their money which can be beneficial to our economy and producers. Everyone has a different experience with consumerism, there isn’t really only one way that we all are, my experince with consumerism has been according to others “excessive.” Yet I feel that it has a lot to do with the way you grew up, and your parents. I’m an only child, and I’m not saying that’s the reason why I am basically “materialistic” even though that did take a big role on the way I am now. Consumerism is a problem with our culture, just by how “it is news when the stock market loses two points” but it is not news that “an elderly homeless person dies of exposure.” In our society and with the newer generations we pay too much attention on what others have and what brand it is. For example one day in our theology class in freshman year Mr.Earls taught us how we think that we find our “happiness” through a new pair of shoes, drugs, and some even in sex. Yet all those things don’t actually lead to real happiness we are actually pushing aside our relationship with God “and keeps us from hearing the only invitation...
