...By the time I was 12-years- old, I had been figure skating for the past six years of my life. I wasn’t that great. That was something I already knew but it was something I continued to do for the fun of it. Initially, when I was around six-years-old, I wanted to be a professional figure-skater, which was similar to all the other little kids who wanted to be an astronaut, ballerina, or olympic gymnast.
