What was your selected goal for the semester?
My fitness goals for this semester were to be able to maintain my exercise, to be able to do push-ups correctly, and to set a routine in place for my exercise. By maintaining my exercise, I mean to get some endurance. I was able to sprint but not run long distance. In order to achieve my goal, I started trying to gradually make my runs longer and faster. I was able to slowly jog 1.5 miles, but by the end of the semester I had hoped to be able to run 3 miles. I also wanted to set a routine of exercising. I was fitting in exercising in as an afterthought, but by the end of the semester I hoped to be exercising every other day. In order to achieve my goal, I started scheduling times to work out. Lastly, I wanted to be able to do pushups …show more content…
My program taught me the limits to my body in running and taught me how to do pushups well.
What data from this class verifies your improvement or maintenance from your exercise program this semester?
The fact that I completed the run at a faster time and did better on the pushups and sit-ups and step-ups might seem to show that I have improved in my fitness, but I don’t think I have. However I have worked out at least three times each week, so maybe I have improved, a little.

Were your habits better or worse than they were prior to this class?
I tend to think my habits in exercising and being healthy are worse now than they were at the beginning of the semester. But I have evidence to back up my suspicions. For example, even though I walk to class at least once a day, I am not doing much more than that in my exercising except for the three exercise moments throughout the week. But before I started college I would be outside exercising at least once every other day, if not once a day.
What did you personally learn about yourself during this semester as it relates to this class or in general? I learned that I might have exercise-induced
