* Impact of Diversity (Cultural differences in employees and guests) on the hospitality industry.
Dampak dari keanekaragaman akan perbedaan kultural antara karyawan dan tamu di industri hospitality, membuka tenggang rasa antara para karyawan dan para tamu, bahwa walaupun dengan budaya yang beragam atau latar belakang yang berbeda – beda tidak mempengaruhi hospitality atau pun kenyamanan itu sendiri. Selain itu, Dengan menerima keanekaragaman tersebut, terbentuk lah suatu kelarasan antara tamu dan karyawan, tamu yang merasa dihormati dan karyawan yang senang melayani tamu, apapun budaya yang tamu itu pegang. Selain itu, dengan menerima keanekaragaman, dapat terbentuk nya suatu kerja sama yang kooperatif. Tamu akan memikirkan bahwa dengan keterbukaan kepada keanekaragaman yang ada dapat membawa peluang kerja sama yang lebih baik ke depan nya, dan mengembangkan kemitraan bisnis dengan minoritas, dimana agar minoritas ini dapat berkembang pesat sehingga tidak ada nya diskriminasi yang akan dialami, bahwa walaupun minoritas dapat bekerja keras dan meraih hasil yang besar layak nya orang – orang yang lain. Semakin banyak nya orang – orang yang menerima keanekaragaman cultural, baik dari sisi karyawan maupun tamu, akan membantu industri hospitality semakin berkembang dan semakin besar. Jika dilihat dari dampak yang negatif, adapun mereka yang menolak akan keanekaragaman dapat berdampak pada ketegangan antara tamu dan karyawan yang dapat menyebabkan hilang nya kepercayaan antara kedua belah pihak, berkurang nya peluang bisnis kooperatif untuk ke depan nya.

* How Importance of awareness of International customs in order to avoid offending guests.
Dengan dibuat nya standar internasional pada suatu hotel maupun jasa yang memberikan hospitalitas, dapat mengurangi kasus dimana tamu merasa tersinggung yang disebabkan oleh perilaku karyawan ataupun karena peraturan yang dibuat oleh hotel atau jasa tersebut. Dengan menjunjung standar internasional, tamu akan memiliki pengertian bahwa hotel tersebut telah memiliki standar operasional yang baik, servis yang bagus dan tidak mengecewakan, selain itu, dapat memberikan pengertian bahwa dengan ada nya standar internasional, maka para karyawan patut bekerja dengan kode etik yang telah dibuat, dan melakukan perbuatan sesuai dengan kode tersebut, dan tidak melakukan hal – hal yang berbau kebiasaan mereka sehari – hari. Dengan melakukan pekerjaan secara professional akan mengurangi kejadian dimana tamu merasa tersinggung dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh karyawna – karyawan tersebut. Tamu akan mengerti bahwa dengan ada nya standar internasional, seluruh karyawan memiliki moral yang baik, bersikap professional dan dapat memberikan servis yang sesuai dengan ekspetasi.
