This research was carried on us. Intelligence community which states that since there is power electronic technologies for communication face to face team work might not be too important. A number of companies/organizations that rely on distributed teams have since that it worth’s the time and expense to get team member together at the beginning of the project, at the midpoint of the teamwork and again when the work is completed. This shows that face to face communication when practicing teamwork is paramount.

These two concepts are different in meaning but complement each other. It is important for every manager to understand the relationship between the two concepts in order to implement into regular management routine. Planning is a pre-determined course of action in order to get desired result. Organising is the process of arranging tasks or resources so that one can use them optimally. Proper organising facilitates an efficient work environment and increases chance of employees achieving their goals at work. Each step of planning is simplified with good organising. Example organising research work help to come to good conclusion more quickly. Implementing both concepts helps to organise the plan in order of importance and classifying them to either long term or short term objectives in order for the goal to become achievable. In conclusion planning is different from organising but it is important to use them together for the goal to become achievable.
