Kenmark Industrial Co Ltd origin is started up in Taiwan during 1978. While Kenmark Industrial Co. (M) Berhad is the first oversea plant of Kenmark Industrial Co Ltd and began operations in 1988 which based on a 10-acre site in Port Klang. On 1997, the Malaysian operations were listed on Bursa Malaysia Second Board, together with its subsidiaries, involved in manufacturing and trading of computer workstations, furniture and cabinets. It also manufactures household wooden furniture, plastic injection for furniture parts; assembly and dissemination of liquid crystal display (LCD); repairs and modifies molds. The company is also involved in the printing of packaging materials and delivery consumer products. Kenmark Industrial Company’s core business is to exports its products to the United States (35%), Japan (30%), Europe (30%) and Australia (5%). Kenmark Industrial Co. (M) Behad had four wholly owned subsidiaries company which includes: Kenmark Paper Sdn. Bhd involved in manufacturing plastic parts for wooden furniture and cabinets, and investment holding;
Kenmark (Labuan) Limited is involved in international trading, commission agent and investment holding;
Phoenix International Group Limited involved in trading of electronic devices and
Billion Dynamic Sdn. Bhd which is involved in the assembling and trading of electronic devices.

Mr. Hwang Ding Kuo is a Taiwanese and was born in 1951. He was appointed as a Chairman, of the company since 26th October 1988 when Kenmark Industrial Co. (M) Behad first established in Malaysia.
