BRAND ENGAGEMENT 1) Number of Unique Website Visitors
More traffic in your website almost equals to more lead and more customer. Number of unique visitors is a better metric if i compare with hits or page views because in order to increase awareness of youth school, you should reach more people to inform them about the school. 2) Capture Leads per Advertising Channels
This ratio shows that each of advertising channel s working efficiency or not. Which one is working effectively you can increase it’s budget or handle it more. If one of working ineffective you can eliminate it or decrease the share of budget or change something on it. 3) Return Visit Rate
That is calculated as the number of visits from returning visitors divided by the total number of visits. It shows that potential customers are still interested in our school or skip it. To understand cookies productivity level it is also good indicator. 4) Time Spent on Website
Actually that is complementary indicator with return visit rate. It gives you a feedback about your content marketing campaign. If content marketing campaign is good, time spent on website will increase.
EFFECTIVE RESPONSE 5) Posting Comments on Social Media
Potential customers can reach the most trustworthy information about school on social media. They can follow the comments and shares before the take exact decisions. 6) Sharing Testimonials on Social Media
Happy children provide positive testimonial that is influence on potential customers as well.
