Group case analysis: 3 page limit, excluding title pager and appendices. All written deliverables for this class must be submitted with a cover page containing the following statement and all authors’ signatures. “ In accordance with the Business School's Code of Ethical Behavior, I attest that I have not engaged in any acts of plagiarism in completing this assignment.” Use headers to differentiate information and follow syllabus guidelines stating: o Problem Statement o Situation A nalysis o A lternatives ( Advantages and Disadvantages of each) o Recommendations of chosen alternative o Suggestions to Monitor and Control Answer all case questions posted within Blackboard What is the purpose of the report, i.e., what should the reader take away from this? My paper focuses on Kotter and Bridge's theories of change. The first step is to create urgency, meaning you need to create the initial motivation to change within the organization.
