The team charter is an excellent way to ensure that every team member is treated fairly and does his/her share. In constructing a team charter for Learning Team C (three individuals) not every member had input. For sake of this analysis the individuals in Team C will be Member 1, Member 2, and Member 3. The communication was not clear in the beginning. Member 1 did not have any input in the comprising the Member 1 is a procrastinator and unorganized.
