Eıleen Nolland is one of the high quality worker that every leader or boss desired to have. Eileen take responsibility of works, even more than her responsibilities. She is working for a company like a leader, which is not her position in the company, that makes her informal power in the company. Her boss familier what she is doing in the company and sometimes he gives to credit such as she is free to go home somedays... This makes other workers at the company a bit well, and making them to think that Eileen has a special treatment. In this case people always have same ideas about gender differencies. If Eileen and her boss have the same gender,may be it wouldn't be big issue like that. Eileen's boss has three options. First, he will give the formal power to the Eileen, make her as a team leader. Second, he will try to find another people train them as a new Eileen. Third option,which is not the best, fire Eileen to teams benefits. In this case there are several variables like casual and intervening. Casual variables are Camii's feelings and personal feelings. In the begining she was so confıdence about her new task. however intervening variables such as her co-workers, who are technical staff member, made her new excitement turn to opposıte, because they don't believe that she is able to do this task. There are reasons why she is the one given this job at the first place. First, she already had outputs for the company in traffic task. Also, Camii able to make those ouputs potential output in this new task, if she success. Different focus on relationship or task behavior is applied to followers on different readiness levels. Task behavior is the degree of detailed direction given by a leader to a follower or a group for them to perform a task. Relationship behavior is the grade of interaction between the leader and the follower or group. An architectural design team needs a leader, and in this paper, the owner of the office is the formal leader. Leadership behaviors of employer architects are directly related to the performance of the design team; therefore, effective leadership is key to a successful design process. Data were collected through a questionnaire on leadership behaviors that was distributed to 40 architects from different design offices in Turkey. Leadership behaviors were gathered into two main groups—delegation of authority and managerial orientation. The significant positive correlations are between authoritarian and task-oriented leadership, and between participative, achievement-oriented and employeeoriented leadership. The position of leader-architects and the age and size of offices are directly related to leadership behaviors. The results show that although leaders of project design teams indicated that participation was important, they actually preferred task-oriented leadership.
