Madera High School staff does not have the right people for those who suffer bullying to go to. When a student tells a teacher about the bullying that the teens is going through the teen expects to receive help from the staff members. The thing is that the students do not have a specific place to go to when the teen is going through bullying. In the survey conducted students were asked that in a scale from 1-10 how often do people get bullied in Madera High School and there was an average of 135 students whom said that there was people being bullied from about 5-7. Not knowing that the teen in some cases only goes to School due by force. Some teens do not go to School with the intention of learning or have any type of motivation to be at School because of bullying.The teenager loses its motivations to be in School learning and the grades of the teens reflects it. The teacher constantly check grades are on the line with those who have bad grades. The only thing that the teachers worry about is that in the class there are no bad grades that reflect lack of responsibility upon the teachers. The teachers do not worry about the reason that the student is having bad grades. The first thing that a teen does when going through bullying on campus is leave School to be able to avoid society. A student at School mentions, “ I remember before it happened I loved coming to School, and they bothered me so much that I was planning on being home Schooled and missed two weeks of School”(Breanna Flores). Obviously her passion for School ended after being bullied and her point of view of School changed.
