What format have you chosen for this meeting and why? I have chosen a general meeting as it has small group discussion between the 3 Directors and the Office Manager. It will be a face to face meeting with a structured agenda with time for general discussion. Catering will not be required as the meeting is only an hour and a half in duration. The meeting is chaired by the Office Manager, Jack Black, |

What format did you use for your invitation and why did you choose this format? I chose to use our Outlook email and calendar program. I can send an email notifying the participants of the details of the meeting in a clear email/appointment invitation. When the participant reads the email they have the option to accept the event which automatically puts the event in their calendar with a reminder for the meeting. |
Meeting papers
Describe the meeting papers you were required to prepare and the distribution method you used to provide those papers to participants. Why did you choose the distribution method that you used? I did not need to prepare any meeting papers as this is the first meeting to gather ideas for the Christmas Party. Once I have gathered venue ideas, transport ideas, date options as well as how much money we might want to spend on the Christmas party, I will be able to organise another meeting and prepare meeting papers with options of venues and budget etc. |

I believe that the idea of it sounds great and it does happen to people. Know my understanding for being ready for luck to happen is a grand thought, but it is not the smartest way to go for being prepared in life.
