ORGANIZATIONAL INVENTORY INVENTORY

INTRODUCTION
Bank of America was founded in 1904 by Amadeo Giannini. The bank was first called the Bank of Italy which was located in San Francisco. It was designed to cater to immigrants that were denied service from other banks. In 1929 after years of a major earthquake that destroyed the Bank of Italy back in 1906. The bank merges with the Bank of America, Los Anglos. After merging the bank was known as Bank of America.
Bank of America Philosophy is “At Bank of America, we are committed to creating meaningful change in the communities we serve through our philanthropic efforts, associate volunteerism, community development activities and investing, support of arts and culture programming and environmental initiatives.” At Bank of America we believe a good and healthy community is extremely important to all of us. One of our core value is to do the right thing know matter what. We are extremely committed to fostering a positive change in our community.
Bank of America has many products and services to offer to her customer. We offer different types of checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and the list goes on. Bank of America is one of the worlds leading bank. We love and care about our associates and customer. We feel that if we didn’t have customer we wouldn’t have a job. It’s good going home knowing that you helped somebody today. Rather is by processing a simple transaction to opening up a free checking account for a first time college student.
I’m currently an Assistant Manager at Bank of America. My role plays an important part for the banking center. Being an Assistant Manager at Bank of America is not a simple job. I have to make sure that all associates are in place and doing what they are supposed to do. I’m responsible for coaching the tellers, personal banker, and lobby leading. My main
