But students who work their way through college become more diversified individuals. Working college students have a tendency to be extremely organized. They have to manage their time very carefully, or they will succumb to the stresses of a busy schedule. Instead of just going to class, these students also have to make time for their jobs. Most only work part-time jobs, up to 40 hours, but others are required to work full time jobs (40+ hours). They may use a handwritten agenda or a smartphone to keep track of all their obligations. For example, one student balances two part time jobs and 18 hours of classes. She uses an agenda to write down all of her work time and assignment due dates.
