The views of 131 public sector employees working at different tiers were collected to identify the impact of work life balance on employee’s performance in public sector organizations of Pakistan. Non-probability convenience sampling technique was used for drawing samples from population. Descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. This study indicates that a statistically significant positive relationship exist between each of identified dimension of work life balance as each of the dimension if catered for, help in enhancing the performance of the employees in PSOs.
