PSI Environmental Change Action Plan Introduction Every company will have environmental pressures of change this can internal or external changes. Companies will sometimes have control of the change and there will be times where there is no control of the environmental pressure of change. these types of changes can be from corporate, marketing, customers, employees and event management. Dealing with the change and addressing the environmental pressure of change is what is important and making sure that there is a n action plan to address the change to keep the company successful within the company well as the reputation of the company.

This will address issues with the office here where I work and potential problems that may occur if there is nothing that is addressed. I am positive that there are other locations that are having similar problems with inner staff. My overall vision is for the company to have more of a personal training system that is hands on the computer based training, audits, monthly check up with each site, monthly meetings and qualifications on placing office leads in testing center and a positive work environment for all testing centers.

Step one in Knotts action plan is created urgency. The agency that I will address is the overturn in our office, doing this I would have to get statistic of how many people have been hired and left. WIth this data this will show the company at least for my location that there is a bigger issue than just the company that it has to be with staff interaction and treatment with in the office. I have created my vision and in this step after I have gathered all my research I will address my vision of change for the leadership in the company. IN this vision of change I will address this with a new technique of training for the office leads. This training will be monthly check ins with all staff in office. There will be seminars that PSI leads will have to go to obtain knowledge of how to deal with diversity and ethics in their office. I would prose even doing role playing at times to have the actual feel of different situations that can arise in an office setting. WIth this strategy plan My vision will be clear that PSI will be a company that is a positive environment to work

Many masonry buildings including temples, over the destructive area such as Dhubri, Goalpara, Guwahati, Kuch Bihar, Agortola, Kolkata and other cities inside India, either totally or partially damaged due to this earthquake. The earthquake created general panic in Dhaka and other areas of today's Bangladesh including Rangpur, Dinajpur, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Natore, Mymensing, Dhaka, Chittagong, Comilla, Noakhali, Jamalpur etc. A total number of 1542 persons were killed due to this earthquake out of which five were from Dhaka including two foreigners. Three buildings such as Shaheen Medical Hall, Temple Nazi's Shabagh Math and house occupied by Mrs Stansbury were totally damaged and the government houses for commissioner, collector, judge and civil surgeon were partially damaged in Dhaka, which were rebuilt.
