In a bid to for 3GM to reverse continuous drops in market share, a new marketing campaign plan has been drawn up which is to be implemented using project management principles and techniques. Possible reasons for market penetration drops are identified; market research tools are analysed, effective research method is adopted and used to strategize future forecasts. Approaches to assessment of offered features by 3GM are recommended according to customer perception of the features.
