Leadership is the action of leading a group, but in today’s society the Leadership concept has also been associated with positive, beneficial, and ethical actions. True leaders are people that others want to follow. In Hitler’s case he was initially able to connect with people through his charismatic oratory and Nazi propaganda and convince them to join him in his cause.
