Society has had racist issues ever since the beginning of decisions against each other’s parties. The majority often get away with the idea more than the minority and this can cause racial tension in any scenario. Stereotypes and discrimination, quiet or not, is something society needs to work through to be able to help equality shine and create opportunities for anybody that shares the cultures of few and the ideas of the many.

Stereotypes are issues that are associated with anyone, Whites being richer, African Americans more prone to crime, and Asians being intelligent in math. However, these stereotypes can be detrimental to the overall population of that certain race and become part of the universal thinking for many of society. It is to be known that stereotypes do not occur naturally, they occur via learned behavior. (Newman 2016:338). This behavior can be especially seen in …show more content…
Indeed, it is shown that children follow the ideology of differences in race at an early age with perceiving white as more successful and financially well off than their minority counterparts. Once this distinction is found, the children will then indicate that their opinion is more favorable to the economic leading race. (Kinzler 2016:1). Unluckily, quiet discrimination can lead to the ignorance of the situation, and those believing that the issue has all together vanished in its existence. However, this is not always the case, and can cause a racial inequality when the perspective cannot be altered as easily as well perceived racism. (Newman 2016:340). Whether it be something as simple as a callback for whites more so than blacks, a passive agreeance more so with the majority, or even a certain preference towards a race without necessarily giving that conclusion away, there will always be an issue if certain actions for people and society are not
