From the moment they meet her, Cierra is welcomed into the party like she’s been there the entire time. Good-natured and calm even in the most extreme circumstances, she acts as a big sister character for Lina, Fia, and Serene while also serving as a love interest for Ein. Despite them all being strangers, she decides to help them with the arduous task of exploring the Ruins of Nelde, a place that few people even dare to enter because it’s overrun by demons. That perfectly illustrates the kind of person Cierra is. She’s willing to set down what she’s doing, whether it’s important magic work or playing with a cat she’s accidentally poisoned, and devote all of her time to helping them.

Admittedly, sometimes her help isn’t all that great. While everyone has fallen through a large hole in a tree, Cierra wonders if she should float down a rope or make a ladder, a decision that takes so long to make that she eventually falls into the hole with everyone as well. Like in the above picture, while everyone is turning their noses away from the smoking, putrid doll, Cierra will only exclaim how cute it is, commenting on how cute the eyes are. While everyone is talking about how cute a bat is, she’ll bring up a comment about how bats don’t look very delicious, completely out of the blue. She makes an off-handed comment when Ein starts speaking to Rose (his familiar) about wishing she could speak cat, proving even further that her head is in the clouds. She also has the habit of being slightly condescending in a mothering sort of way when she thinks people are being ridiculous, such as telling Serene things like “There, there, it’ll be fun” instead of acknowledging her protests or commenting about Fia to try to distract Ein from something she doesn’t want noticed about herself. They’re all good friends, really! She just sometimes has to tell them to stop fighting or watch out for
