Tris Prior lives in a ultramodern world in which humanity is alienated into five factions. Tris chooses Dauntless those who follow bravery above all else. Warned that she must hide her rank, Tris uncovers a approaching war, which threatens everyone she loves.

Divergent was based on variety of aspects, this book displayed not only friendship with other characters and her family, but the relationship that Four had for Tris. Divergent portrayed more than one relationship where as other books are generally based around one relationship, As Tris says "I am not frigid!" I exclaim. “Don't worry about it," says Will. "It's endearing. Look, you're all red.” “The comment only makes my face hotter. Everyone else chuckles. I force a laugh and, after a few seconds, it comes naturally. It feels good to laugh again.” at a point everyone was sad it is a good foundation for friendship. Tris forced a laugh at first to fit in or she wasn’t used to laughing but it came out naturally. this is what makes divergent a good book to read. where as for family is who you are before you get to decide your …show more content…
