Weight, Weight, Surgery or Exercise By Julie Custer In looking for ways to lose weight, has there been a list and long line of failures. If so, then examine this, finding the best option is only a few minutes and clicks away. To lose weight and do it in the healthiest way, the options are endless, and with research and time, people can find many answers. The benefits of surgical weight loss are growing in this country because of the severe obese state of many people in this country. Surgical weight loss surgery has been shown to help people most unlikely to lose weight and keep it off without surgical intervention. Surgical weight loss can help quite quickly change the persons eating habits intern reducing blood results in diabetes, cholesterol and many other health issues. In having bariatric surgery it is has been shown to reduce heart disease risks in patients because they can begin to exercise and remove a large amount of the critical health risks in their lives by the weight loss. In researching and finding the most popular weight loss surgeries, the person must choose the surgery that is best for them and their health. In doing this they must also decide on the budget of the amount to be spent toward finding better health and weight loss. In choosing the best option they must look at health risks patients may have present within their bodies and make the decision from that point. If surgery is too risky, diet and exercise may be the only option that is afforded them. If surgery is a possible option they must intern the look at the financial burden that will be placed upon them and consider the risk health was for the surgery and financial burden upon their family budget. The two weight loss surgeries most widely recommended are the vertical sleeve, which is a form of bariatric surgery and the lap bad. The
