Westfield sugar is a British based company with headquarters in London UK. Its products include sugar, bottled water and soft drinks. It’s the second largest producer of white sugar in the region with a capacity of 500 tons a day. It has a total population of six thousand employees of which two-thirds are employed on a 3year renewable contract and the other third are permanent employees. The company was mainly established to provide employment opportunity for the densely populated northern region. It also provides community services like medical services and sponsoring education for their low income employees. The company is focused on developing a business model that will make it easier to expand quickly and that opens up the possibility of diversification. The company is at the brink of penetrating the vast market in the lucrative growing economy. The company now trends towards increasing the entrepreneur base and competing with the present companies in other states. Its product is of not only standard but high quality to ensure the consumer satisfaction, supported by the impeccable services they offer to the customers. As the company expands, the communities around will benefit from both the value created by Westfield sugar and its role as a corporate citizen. There are ongoing plans to produce three lines of soft drinks primary based on fruit flavors. These products are meant for distribution to the local market and later to over-sea markets. As an active sales and marketing staff, we as a team have understood the need to be responsive and flexible to the dynamics of the market, to delight in our customers’ loyalty by providing them with what they want, when they want and right before our esteemed competitors set foot in. When it begins to boil, add the rice. Reduce heat a bit and simmer for about 10 minutes. Turn off burner and allow rice to sit in pot of water. Pour milk into another large pot and add sugar. Turn burner on low to medium heat. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Bring milk to a boil over medium heat, being careful that it does not boil over. While you are waiting for the milk to boil, drain the water from the rice. Once the milk boils, add drained rice, butter, cinnamon stick and lemon peel. Allow to gently boil for about 15-20 minutes, until rice is soft. Remove cinnamon stick and lemon peel. Remove from heat and pour rice pudding into a serving dish. Sprinkle the top with ground cinnamon. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving because the mixture retains the heat. Arroz con leche can be served warm or cold. If you want to serve it cold, allow the rice mixture to cool down in the serving dish for 20 minutes, then refrigerate at least 1 hour.
