Do you ever recall a certain piece of information, then later, are informed that your version is false? Well, if you have, you're not the only one filled with supposed “false memories”. A number of people around the globe, have endured this experience. Being often left in confusion, thinking, that perhaps it was them that got it wrong in the first place. However, a recent conspiracy theory, labelled as “The Mandela Effect” caused the internet to go wild. Making many convinced, that there was nothing wrong with them, rather, their mind was being toyed with. News spread rapidly, when Mandela was known to have shockingly died, on December 5th, 2013. The world was saddened after hearing the tragic reports of the once peacemaker. Despite being told by many reports that Mandela had died in 2013, Fiona Broome, was positive that his death occurred years before. She was convinced that he left us in the 1980s, and many people also shared the same vision of the past. Broome had memories of reporters showcasing Mandela's funeral. Others recall learning about his death at school.
