Early school hours prevent many students and young teachers from getting the 9 or so hours of sleep per night that most teenagers and young adults need. When students wake up at 6:50 a.m. to get ready for school, they always have to rush and make sure everything is ready for school. While doing this, their mind does not function well because they would just come straight out of bed to get ready. Which sometimes can cause them to leave something at home or forget what they need to bring to school.
