When conducting a Work Culture Results analysis there are certain competencies that are necessary, each of the competencies involved is important in developing a Career Building Plan, but the level of significance varies between individuals. Based on the outcomes of my Career Plan Building Activity, in the Work Culture Preferences survey of my ideal work culture three competencies are most prevalent, Supportive, Ethical, and well resourced. Then there is a disruption in my environment, I tend to get overwhelmed and stressed out very easily. I have learned some stress relieving techniques, but stress still comes on quickly when there are disruptions. It is obviously good to be in a safe place to work and be comfortable but it is also good to be helpful in all the ways in which your business expects.
