"Convert, Irrelevant, Segregate, Allocate," are all words used in Azar Nafisi's Memoir that describe the way women were treated. Opposed to these words, in Persepolis 2 Graphic Novel, drawings depict not only what some of these words would look like but, help the audience visualize an Iranian woman's point of view . With the memoir and graphic novel, each show a different perspective that convey the same concept of unfair treatment to the women that lived in Iran.
