It is never okay to feel that someone is of lesser value than yourself because their race, or color of their skin. I feel one must always treat others with respect and dignity. No one is able to choose the color of their skin or their family heritage, I always have to see it from the other persons point of view. I prayed to God not to get a good rank for medicine, else my parents would force me to follow through, and I didn’t want to oppose them. But I had no clue whether I would score well in engineering.
