This chapter will serve as a preview of literature related to the study The Job Training and Job Satisfaction between Regular and Exceptional Employees leading to the bases of the Conceptual Framework and Theoretical Framework.

Review of Conceptual Literature and Related Studies

A. Conceptual Literature

The central point of this study is on the Difference in Job Trainings and Job Satisfaction rate between regular and exceptional employees. It will further discuss the relationship between Job Training and Job Satisfaction, Attitudes of regular and Exceptional employee towards work and the Difference between Regular and Exceptional employees in terms of Job Training and Job Satisfaction. It was being supported by Ellickson and Logsdon (2002) by describing job satisfaction as degree of desire which employee displayed towards work. Job training was considered as vital component in determining the satisfaction level of an employee (Traut, 2000; Mau and Kopischke, 2001). Regular career training is of big help for the advancement in job satisfaction level of every employee.
