We are very anxious to know about the shipment of our Order No.123 for 1000 cases of Tin Plates.
As the contracted time of delivery is rapidly falling due, it is imperative that you inform us of the delivery time without delay. We stated explicitly at the outset the importance of punctual execution of this order and cannot help feeling surprised at your silence about our fax inquiry of the 18th June(6 days ago ), a copy of which is enclosed.
We are in urgent need of these good and have to request you to execute the order within the time stipulated.

我方急欲了解关于我方第123号订单下的1000箱锌板的装船情况。
因合同规定的交货日期已临近，贵方需立即告知我方何时交货。从一开始我方就清楚地陈述了按期履行订单的重要性，然而，贵方对我方6月18日传真询问（六天以前）尚未作答，使我方感到十分震惊，现随函附寄传真复印件一份。
我方急需此货，不得不要求贵方在规定的时间内完成交货。
Dear sirs,
We refer to the above contract signed between us on July 1,2010 for 6000 metric tons of wheat, which is stipulated for shipment in October, 2010. However, up till now we have not received any information concerning this lot. As our end users are in urgent need of this material, we intend to send our vessel S.S “Fengqing” to pick up the goods, which is expected to arrive at Vancouver around the end of November. You are requested to let us have your immediate reply by fax whether you are agreeable to this proposal. If not, please let us know exactly the earliest time when the goods will be ready.
We have been put to great inconvenience by the delay in delivery. In case you should fail to effect delivery in November, we will have to lodge a claim against you for the loss and reserve the right to cancel the contract.
兹谈及你我双方2012年7月1 日签订的购买6000公吨小麦的合同，规定装船日期为10月。然而，迄今我方还未收到贵方有关此批货物的消息。因我方用户急需此货，故有意派我方货轮“风庆”号中途带货，预计该轮于11月抵达温哥华。请贵方立即传真通知我方是否同意此建议。若不同意，请告知我方确切的最早装船日期。
贵方延迟交货给我方造成极大的不便。若贵方在11月不能完成交货，我方将不得不提出要求赔偿损失的索赔，并保留取消合同的权利。
