My view is very different than my two sources. My sources believe that gender wage gap is a myth. While there is some truth to the facts they present. The facts just explain how there can’t be wage gap but there are missing factor that make gender gap true. Still till this day a women with the same experience and same level of education, will not get paid the same as her male coworker with the same position. In both of these sources, not once have they stated anything about equal work for equal pay. Both sources explain why a man get paid more. Regardless, those factor shouldn’t matter , same position, same level of experience and education equals same pay. End of story.
