La persona entrevistada ocupa el cargo de gerente general de un restaurante de comida rápida. El gerente general tiene la plena responsabilidad y autoridad para llevar a cabo las operaciones del restaurante, asegurando que los miembros del equipo sigan todas las políticas y procedimientos. El propósito de esta posición es apoyar al gerente de distrito en el funcionamiento del restaurante, que ofrece excelentes servicios, y ofrecer productos de calidad. Él o ella deben hacerlo respetando las normas y los controles en el restaurante.

Comunicación: La habilidad de escuchar, leer y entender, y transmitir información para que otros puedan tomar las medidas oportunas. Analítica: el desarrollo de una solución a partir de la información disponible con el fin de tomar las medidas apropiadas que se ocupa de la causa en lugar de los síntomas creado por la situación.
Ética de trabajo: la demostración de la voluntad de actuar en el mejor interés de la relación entre el empleador y empleado en todas las situaciones. Supervisión: asumir la responsabilidad por las acciones de las personas que trabajan bajo su dirección. Organización: organizar los elementos de un orden, que ofrece un curso de acción eficaz para que otros sigan. Interpersonal: disfrutar de la gente y trabajar bien con los demás. Memoria: recordar la información para que pueda ser transmitida de una manera apropiada y oportuna. Reactivo: finalización de las tareas correctas para manejar correctamente las situaciones observadas.

e. Habla con frecuencia con los clientes para asegurar su satisfacción.
f. Maneja las quejas verbales de los clientes de inmediato y con la satisfacción que se merece.

2. Garantiza productos de calidad se producen, cumpliendo altos estándares de calidad.
a. Asegura que todos los productos están hechos con especificaciones y normas.
b. Mantiene los niveles adecuados de producto en todo momento como el establecimiento de niveles de producción y de colocar los alimentos y los pedidos de suministro.
c. Asegura que la celebración de sistema de tiempo se utiliza con eficacia.

3. Mantiene las instalaciones físicas (edificios y equipos)
a. Mantiene el restaurante y la limpieza motivos.
b. Realiza mantenimiento preventivo programado como se especifica en el manual de operaciones.

4. Selección y formación de los nuevos miembros del equipo.

• La lectura básica y habilidades matemáticas es necesario.
• Debe ser capaz de desempeñar las funciones esenciales del puesto.

2. ¿Qué estrategia de reclutamiento se utiliza para contratar para este puesto? ¿Por qué?

Lo primero que se tiene que hacer es identificar la necesidad de vacantes en la empresa. En este tipo de trabajo es preferible indicarle las estrategias de reclutamiento, para que no hallan malos entendidos cuando se vaya a contratar las personas para el puesto en que lo necesitemos. Par nosotros es importante cumplir con todas las leyes de reclutamiento para evitar un problema mayor por tal razón utilizamos las referencias de empleo nos pueden facilitar mejor el trabajo de reclutamiento y selección. Una de las ventajas es el económico y también la motivación de los empleados en cuanto a reclutamiento interno. El reclutamiento externo sus ventajas llegan ente nueva y se puede utilizar para renovar e innovar la empresa. En cuanto a anuncios clasificados las personas que entiendan que eso es lo que en realidad están buscan llegaran por si solos a la entrevista de reclutamiento, si es una persona que simplemente llego para ver como esta su suerte y le dan el empleo pues bienvenido y trataremos que no sea una baja para la compañía buscando su mejor interés. La feria de empleo es un poco más difícil ya que las personas solicitan por solicitar y podemos entender que la parte de selección es más complicada.
