In evening of June 6th 2014 two people had lined up for a taxi to go somewhere. One was a 42 year old father of three children names Lee Dent. Lee had a used tire shop and was usually busy drinking as he was not very cautious about what his life aim was. Other person was a young football player named Alex Peguero Sosa. Soccer player was planning to attend university where he wanted to go to take education.
After a while there was a bottle broken and player Alex Peguero Sosa was dead after being stabbed in neck by tire shop owner Lee. It was a second degree murder, considered a heinous crime in US jurisdiction. Player was not aware of what was even about to happen. A broken bottle was understood as being cause of murder.

He was usually not aware about his surroundings as he remained drunk for most of day. Lee might have been irritated by fact that Alex was standing there at a Taxi stand and was trying to get into same taxi. This situation had made it look saddening whether Lee was a law abiding citizen of his country US.
He was to at least ask Alex whether he should take another taxi. Lee was supposed to settle dispute that was imminent as taxi driver was in a hurry. It is just a matter of way that situation gets handled when a scuffle does occur. Murder trial had jury look into what exactly was cause of this murder. They took bottle printed with 3D that Lee was actually holding and tried to repeat way it was broken.
What consequences of negligence might have been was under consideration. Reason was also seen and evaluated by jury. To analyze if stabbing was intentional scene was repeated and it was concluded what angle of strike was to discover reality behind murder. Jury just wanted to know how Dent was holding bottle in his hands at time of stab. This was only way purpose and intention of stab could be known by anyone.
