Once a person familiarizes with the O*NET Content Model, which is its conceptual foundation, the search engines become easy to understand. The top two search returns for me included Wind Energy Operations Manages and General & Operations Managers. Interesting fact emerged by reviewing both that gave good representation of skills, overall knowledge, abilities and work activities necessary to be successful in these roles that correspond to my experience with what the role demands in my current work environment.
