NT2580 when designing a security outline you will first need to define scope of the project its self. In other word what working parts are involved and what will they require. From this point you will move threw the steps as follows :Initiate define design build test roll out operate disposal. You will need to to find out what you need to give what access to and update there profiles in your active directory. Setting up you AD will be a long process mainly because there are multiple sites which means you will have to break groups and users. After that you will need to understand what hardware is in place at each site and what extra hardware you will need add to existing infrastructure. Like tokens ,rf id card , and pin/passwords.
From this point you will need to design some some polices. You will base these around the need and ease of access. In other words if your a bank you will have very different procedures then your a web based clothing store front. Web based vpn is not as important when all your employees are on site and don't ever work from home. This also speaks to what types of data you are producing storing and exchange between data owners. Polices for smaller organizations will have much cheaper and more importantly less. Thats because why would the you make someone that works in a sandwich shop use a token generator that they would most likely lose and have to replace on top of which they can not do there job for at least a day. The other side of that coin would be that people working in health care you will need these more layers of security. These people handle sensitive information so it paramount and in some cases illegal for this information to get into the wrong hands.
Building the systems and setting the procedures is only part of the battle. You still have to test as well as monitor all the traffic and logs

...Project Plan Proposal Part One PM/586 Project Quality Management January 20, 2014 James Aiken Project Plan Proposal Part One Introduction The selection process that this Georgia- based Head Start Program holds the focal point of this project proposal. As of the moment, selecting the beneficiaries of this project or program is based on a lottery system. In a circumstance where your child is selected, they are then permitted and encouraged to attend the head start program at no extra cost. On the contrary, if a child is not selected in the lottery, he could still join the program; but his family will be obliged to pay for the program at its own expense. This proposal aims to design a head start program that is all-inclusive and free. This points out to a program that involves all children in state of Georgia where it is originally headquartered. Project Approach and Methodology Used Essentially Project Management is characterized as a well- structured and planned approach towards efficient implementation of the set of activities intended for the entire project (Mutt, 2010). To be able to perform this paper, I prefer to utilize traditional approaches such as initiation, design or planning, execution, close monitoring and generalization after completion. Project Scope Many families claim that, no doubt, their children have the desire to attend the program but lack the financial potential to pay for it. It can be noted that kindergarten years serves as the...

Difficult Half Dozen

...type of team member can sometimes be a very difficult one to deal with. Reading the article on the minimizer made me think of the thing that people say “There is no I in team”. This is the opposite approach of how most people typically refer to this phrase however, it still applies here. Mark (the minimizer) is actually part of a team, a team that includes three other people but yet he seems to think that he should only focus on his particular job duties and not have to play a part in the team project that he has been put on. The first thing I have to do is ask myself rather or not volunteered himself to be part of this project or if he was asked/chosen involuntarily to be part of this project. If he was asked/chosen to be on this project I would say that Mark should have been honest in the beginning and told whoever asked him that he was not interested in doing anything other than his specified job description. If Mark volunteered then I would have to ask myself why would a person like this who clearly knows that he does not have any interest in doing anything other than his particular responsibilities volunteer himself for something like that. HE clearly has no interest in furthering himself beyond the position that he is currently in and he is clearly content with performing only his specified job responsibilities. ...WHY I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT REAL ESTATE? Return: In most of the markets real estate investments perform better than equities and other asset classes. In emerging markets probably you have to go for development projects, as rental yield is not very attractive. In most of the developed markets real estate has performed better than stock market over time. And by leveraging your investment you can increase your return on equity many folds. Cash flow component in return: This one of the best thing about real estate investments – it behaves like a fixed income security, and with better yield. Rental income makes real estate more attractive even during tough time and many investors love to focus on the cash flow.  Depreciation: You can’t depreciate your stocks, bonds and mutual funds. Depreciation is a gift from the government for real estate investors. Dampening of volatility in the portfolio: Real estate prices don’t fluctuate on daily basis. Fully optimized portfolios with real estate component in it have much lower volatility. Inflation hedge: real estate investments provide a good hedge against inflation. Rents usually increase with inflation, while mortgage payments on the property remain stable. This increases cash flow component. WHY SHOULD YOU NOT INVEST IN REAL ESTATE? Illiquid: Many a times real estate investments behave like illiquid assets. Generally it takes time to execute an actual exit, and liquidity can completely disappear from the market in tough times.
