...Opinion paper draft People Should Not Keep Pets More and more people keep pets in recent years. From a broader perspective, people should not keep pets. This paper will clarify four reasons why people should not keep pets. The issue of whether should keep pets has been extensively debated and remains relentless. According to research, there are 29.8 percents of people who keep pets in China, nearly 50 percents of people keep pets in Europe, and almost 60 percents of people keep pets in the United States (Soltanizadeh 83-94). The topic of keeping pets becomes a international topic. With the increase of number of animals kept at home, more and more people stated that people should not keep pets (Soltanizadeh 83-94). In this paper, I will present arguments in support of the topic that people should not keep pets. There are three reasons. Keeping pets not only wastes resources, but also increase the risk of health of the animals and people. And it is a violation of animal rights. My counter argument is people should keep pets because it adds to the quality of life of both the owner and the animal. There are mainly three reasons why people should not keep pets. Firstly, keeping of pets results in a huge drain on resources that could be put to better use. (Rebekah 525-537). For examples, pets are costly to keep in time, money and energy. ...Introduction Nestle is one of the major food and beverages company in the world. It was established in 1867 by Henry Nestle, who was a trained pharmacist. The introduction of the company in the market was through the development of an alternative source of infant nutrition for mothers who were unable to breast feed and named it as Farine Lactee Nestle. He choose his surname “Nestle” as the name logo of the company which means a “little nest”. In 1904 Nestle introduced its chocolates in the market. But when the availability of raw materials reduced during the First World War, Nestle purchased lot of factories in U.S and increased their production to twice as their pre-war production. Immediately, after the end of the war consumers switched back their choice to fresh milk due to which Nestle recorded its first loss. However they updated their operations and brought production in line with sales and thereby dropping the debts. In 1930 Nestle introduced several new products like Milo and Nescafe. Nestle achieved considerable growth after the end of Second World War because of diversification within the food sector. The sales of Nescafe instant coffee quadrupled between 1960 and 1974. In 1980's Nestle drew criticism from many organizations on account of promotion of infant formula over breast feeding which allegedly led to death of infants in less developed countries. The boycott of Nestle products was suspended in 1984 after Nestle agreed to fulfill with the international...

...Unfortunately, you'll need to stick it out a bit longer. About four days after your egg is fertilized, it begins producing a hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), which pregnancy tests can detect in about another week -- first in your blood (via a test at your doctor's office) and then in your urine (which an at-home screening would spot). Week 3 Get yourself a good doctor -- pronto! Having a healthcare provider you like and trust is key. After all, this is the person who will guide you through your entire pregnancy, labor, and delivery, along with the millions of questions, tests, and emotional ups and downs along the way. If you don't currently have an ob-gyn you love, ask friends, family, and coworkers for recommendations or research practices until you find someone you feel comfortable with. And, hey, your choices are not limited to regular obstetricians. You might also want to investigate alternative or additional types of care -- including midwives or family physicians Week 4 Don't be surprised if your doctor doesn't schedule an appointment to see you until your 8- to 12-week mark. Many healthcare practices have potential mommies-to-be come in for a blood test with a nurse first to confirm pregnancy and then wait until you're far enough along to better estimate yourdue date through an ultrasound test. * Week 1 Speak with your doctor about adding a...

...CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION THE PROBLEM Nursing school is an exciting, challenging adventure that will demand much of nursing students in terms of time and energy. Because nursing is a discipline comprising knowledge from many related fields, student nurse will be asked to learn to think critically, synthesize information, and then apply it to situations involving live people. (Dewit, 2003) A student may face many challenges and stressors. However, nursing students are likely to experience even “more stress” than their friends and colleagues enrolled in other programs. To support this statement, a study comparing the stress levels of various professional students found that nursing students experience higher levels of stress than medical, social work and pharmacy students (Beck, et al.1997). Even more poignant, another study showed that “one third” of nursing students experience stress severe enough to induce mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. (Pryjmachuk, 2004). One source of stress of nursing students is their Learning Experience. The related learning experience is a series of planned activities in the community that would prepare students technically and professionally should they decide to pursue higher education in the health profession. Specifically, in a selected College of nursing, BSN students spend a maximum of 24 hours a week for their duty wherein they engage in activities such as nurse-patient interaction, nursing procedures...
