It is very important for all business to make sure that their marketing they are within the constraints of the law.
By starting with Consumer law, KFC company always make sure that their marketing activities are within the laws, that protect their consumers and they are keeping up to dated due to the changes that occur in the constrains of the law because they are afraid of doing something illegal that can affect the consumers and destroy the business and when the consumers complain about their satisfaction due to the service they have got from KFC, the company goes back to the consumer laws that have been kept by the government and decide to correct themselves to the mistake they have made.
