Until Valentine’s Day of 2007 Jet Blue was a success story, but with the occurrence of that storm it showed Jet Blues true colors and unveiled their horrible and outdated IT systems. What happened was simply this Jet Blue managers kept their planes full of customers on the tarmac in hopes to wait out the storm. The storm had other plans, after 11 hours of waiting on the planes customers were bused to their terminals which were filled with other irate customers.
