My current teaching philosophy incorporates motivation, commonality, other’s characteristics, making a difference, and relevance, as well as, values, the learning environment, and student/teacher relationship. First, I think the subject that is being taught should motivate the instructor. Knowing what one’s motivation is will enable a continuous cycle of success in student/teacher interaction. A motivated instructor learns as much as possible about the subject and passes it on to the student.
